Guests can't get into the mainroom to chat with the host if the mainroom is full. Guests (and sometimes registered users) are banished to the waiting rooms to burn in spam's swirly hell fires.

This is just a parody of all those "my anti-drug" commercials, encouraging people to register, so they can stay in the mainroom and chat. Most viewers probably won't get it, and that's okay.
