  • I remember looking at your earlier video blog and how the security at Union Mission would be completely rude and harassed you. Taking your bed ticket, putting you out AFTER you showed them the business card of the president and asking them to call him. You have such a resilent spirit "in spite of" Kengi it is people like you that God has placed on this earth to teach us ungrateful people how to appreciate and value life. Thank you for your generous heart!

  • how would a homeless person have the time or resources to make a counterfeit bed ticket? this makes me so sad....thank you for sharing ur story on youtube. your channel is such a rare gem.

  • thank you so much again for doing this... Im really learning alot Kengi, for I work downtown of my city and that where must of the homeless live. Our city has not doneso well for our homeless...for just recently they move "tent city" a homeless community while most of people where out and about during the day and when they returned all there belongs were either moved to the new location or lost or stolen....it was one of the heartless thing i ever heard of a city doing....

  • Thank you soooo much for sharing your story (and making this a series of your homeless journey). I admire you and (with your consent) I plan to forward this to as many people as I know because I feel that your are the VOICE of all that are homeless in AMERICA. I know that there are sooooo many negative stereo type when it come to homeless people. If people actually took the time to speak with and help the homeless, this world would be so much better.

    Once again thank you!!

  • Whew, I don't even know where to start. I do think this series will open so many eyes to the problems out there. So sorry you had to go through this but thank you for sharing your story.

  • you are a stronge person because I don't know if I could have made it on the street as well as you did. I am so happy for you new beginning Kengi. Love ya!

  • I see healing coming for you. Once this series is complete you will be too. I am so proud to have been chosen to be in your life. You are a inspiration and a reference point for those of us who get lost in the journey of life. There is always something from your life experiences that help us get back on track. Be blessed

  • I have never been to LA and your experience has opened my eyes . LA is not the Hollywood image of filled with celebs and the paps chasing them. I am sorry that you slept on a road cold and alone. I wish that I had known and was there. I am amazed at the kindness of the older couple. PLEASE keep telling people of your trying times. It can open peoples minds. I also hope that despite the pain of your truths you can find healing knowing your helping people understand.

  • I like this series. Thanks for sharing.

  • The couple were angels in disguise.
