I have started watching the stuff just to see what the fuss is all about, I think the reason people like it so much is because its all so cute and fluffy and all that shit. I think the reason grown men/teens find it so fascinating is because it contrasts so much on real life, and it is like some sort of safehaven from all the greed and corruption, a chance to escape reality for a few minutes and fill your head with rainbows and fluffy happines and all that stuff...

Actually, MLP has subtly changed to be more entertaining for adult bronies, and while it still teaches the same values, it's far more intelligent than any other child show playing now. The characters are fun to watch, the plots are intelligent, and watching not only the ponies grow, but the show itself, has been an experience. The community is fantastic and creative, and it's been a pleasure to be part of such a great fandom. There's always a reason to love something. Age shouldn't matter.
