  • Hello I've been describing being in the middle of a panic attack or hypoglycemic attack got years. Doctors look at me like I'm nuts. Thanks please recommend a daily diet from breakfast snacks lunch snack dinner snacks thank you

  • @golf1010 Thanks for your comment. The most important diet recommendation would be to include protein sources regularly throughout the day. Some good sources include almonds, almond butter, sunflower seeds, eggs, turkey and fish. Be especially diligent to include protein with your breakfast! Good luck!

  • Hello I really like your video. My question is how do you use fruit in your diet? I am a personal trainer who is thin, struggles with low blood sugar and heart palps. I feel I need sugar because I am active with my workouts and with some of my clients when we train outdoors. I know I need to avoid simple sugars, but I am having a hard time finding the right balance of energy...any tips? also are you suggesting I am not needing food when I feel heart palps? It may just be a response to my diet.

  • @lindzkfitness Thanks for your comment! I would be cautious about overdoing fruit, yes. I would use fruit as an appetizer to a main meal with a healthy protein source. Ie. a pear of apple 15 minutes before breakfast. Your energy will come more from complex carbohydrate and protein. When you do feel heart palpitations it is likely a reaction to low blood sugar, find yourself a healthy protein snack and that should quiet the symptom. I hope this is helpful!

  • This is exactly what happened to me last Thursday. I was at work and was suddenly overcome with dizzyness, heart palpitations, anxiety. My brain was burning from the adrenaline and my body felt like it was starving for blood and oxygen. I made it to the hospital where I had a CT scan, EKG, bloodwork and an MRI. They said I was perfectly healthy.

Now I know why it happened. I'd been eating so much pasta/pizza/starchy junk lately when what I needed was plenty of protein, chicken, greens, etc

  • @derekaggs11 glad you sorted everything out derek!

It's not that hard at all. One word STEVIA. You can enjoy sweets like peanut butter, sweet popcorn, ice cream etc etc,, all using STEVIA. I love it. I've made home made jam and peanut butter using it very easy and it's the best. Best part is how you feel after eating it,, no blood sugar spikes and crashes.
