After doing a little Google searching, I find that the USA government, has allowed Cattle owners a 300%+ increase in the number of cattle to be grazed on public lands, set aside for wild horses and burro's, small darn wonder there isn't graze for the horses, all the fat stupid cattle ate it. But wait, cattle and horses don't graze the same areas.

OOPS the government bigmouths are caught in another lie.

The wild horses and burros should be treasured not eliminated. The BLM is breaking the law. The President is ignoring that fact. There is no hope or change to be found in this administration.

But take note, no mention of OUR NATIONAL TREASURE, OUR WILD HORSES on OUR public lands? It is documented Salazar stated "wild horses do not belong on public lands." Are "feral." Not originate in the US.

Salazar is an idiot too. THE BLM , the MMS, get rid of these agencies,,,they are taking over rules that govern "us" way more than ever intended. They are shutting down america's energy business -our number one product. We have the stricitist regulations regarding oil business, now Obama will make the BLM and MMS have even stricter rules !!! ...and some horses are ok,,,if too many thin them out,,,the BLM loves the ranchers, its money in there back pockets

The wild horses and burros are not native. They do not belong there and protecting them makes no more sense than protecting feral cats or a pack of wild poodles. If you want to talk about habitat distruction look at what these animals do. Over grazing by cattle should not be allowed but in the interest of the wild animals, not these domestic runaways.

In November 2008 the BLM claimed they had 33,000 of OUR Wild Horses in holding and that the BLM can't feed them sooo you round up more ? which way did they go Doc which way did they go...

Obama , Destroying OUR wild horses is an American Disgrace, , get rid of the ones that have $elf intere$t in our wild horses out of the blm. They are getting rid of them for cattle grazing, mining and drilling. We now have a Department of Deterioration now that Salazar is in charge. How dare you keep up with the Bush era methods? Where is the CHANGE Mr. President? It is getting worse for the wild horses, burros, polar bears, and wolves. Again, how dare you squander our species when they all should be listed on the Endangered Species List.
