@seeker267 Great question! When working out, you'll feel the pain of the lactic acid spilling out onto the muscles when hitting each muscle group with enough intensity. That pain is sometimes a necessary evil to get the gain that we all aim for. Of course, this could also be taken into a less literal sense. For example, the pain of getting to the gym and working out or working with a trainer can also be painful, but should be considered much less so than not gaining muscle and/or losing fat! :-)
