YUCK! What is the matter with these dog owners? Why doesn't that bother them? How can they be okay with making their neighbors listen to this? And they generally get violent if you ask them nicely to bring the dog in even just for the night.

I understand your frustration I live next to five beagals. I offered to pay for their bark boxes to be removed and a hundred dollars per dog for their trouble but no. After 8 years of this shit I have put my house up for sale. If I cant sell my house because of these yappin bastards Im going to start eating AUTHENTIC chinese food!!Good luck.

If the barking stops then awesome!! If they start showing attitude and do not stop the barking, then get alot more footage. Then get a lawyer to help bring a case against them, because you will NOT win if you take it to court yourself. You just wont, sorry. The court and animal rights groups have set it up that way. The key to giving youself the best chance at winning is to never step outside of the law, and never lose your temper at the neighbors or the judge. Seeing that this was posted in ---

and if you want to take action through the courts.... Just get a whole lot of footage of this, or tape recordings. THEN send a letter to them and write that you would like the barking to stop and that you are not trying to be threatening or rude in any way. THEN keep a copy of that and see what their reaction is. Keep a tape recorder next to your phone in case they call and are rude. and keep a video camera to see if they want to do anything childish like go outside and fold their arms at you.

Try living next to two bassett hounds that bark every night and day and every time you even take a step into the back yard. This dog still sucks though! sorry about your problem man. Just remember, the owners are probably just white trash fuck-ups who think this is acceptable. they are not worth your time.
