  • @nutt66 that might be true, but if you have insurance its still covered, and you dont have to wait for hours. trust me, i would trade our system in any day. the reason every idiot in canada thinks our system is so great is because its written in our school textbooks that its so great, and nobody is smart enough to look any further

  • @RESTxINxPIECEZ haha hear in America, you would have paid TOP DOLLAR for your doctor to say, "probably not a big issue". We are an indebted nation; both our people and our Govt... a good percentage of that points directly to our health care system and multiple levels of for-profit companies that guarantee themselves a 30% to 35% profit margin..... Before they do anything..... Feel lucky

  • @nutt66 nonetheless, you obviously dont know anything about our system. i injured my hip last year playing football, and all i got was an x-ray. no MRI, no Ultrasound, nothing. if i lived in america i could pay to get one of those done right now. also im starting to have issues with my back, and my doctor is only telling me that its "probably not a big issue". just from looking at an x-ray of my back from the same time as my hip was injured. yeah, soesnt it sound like a great system?

  • @lol365 I am Canadian and that is my experience. I never wait more than a week to see a specialist. This woman could have walked and lost 2 pounds a month for the 7 yrs she was waiting she would be a healthy wait

  • Jennifer is full of shit. Months to wait for a specialist in Canada? NONSENSE. I haven't had to wait longer than a week, EVER, to see a specialist.

You have a heart attack, a stroke, a broken bone...it's fixed THAT DAY.

  • @SneakyGuy666

    And your point is?

  • How about you stop being a fucking pig and goto the gym for 7 years and stop bitching about a non existent problem in Canadian healthcare.

  • Jennifer is full of BS. If she had followed her Dr's instructions she would have been in in less than 3 months. My cousin had this surgery, he followed his Dr's instructions and received his surgery in less than 3 months. This woman is lying or she is a plant by the Republicans.

  • I live in Canada and when I needed an operation, I got it in 2 weeks. (brain surgery) It saved my life. When you need an emergency procedure, in Canada, it's done quite quickly.

  • @SneakyGuy666 if you buy those drugs in the US, then you are being ripped off. Our entire system is based on milking the customer dry, we over pay for care, drugs, treatments, doctors, specialists AND we have to pay for those who don't pay for themselves...

BTW we also fund the "for profit" companies that make those drugs :(
