2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon - Instant Impression

Cadillac created a wagon version of the stunning Cadillac CTS so it could be competitive with other luxury marques like BMW and Mercedes. With this project GM had a challenge: create a wagon version of the vehicle that does justice to the sedan's beautiful looks, all the while remaining cost competitive.

That car is sick! There will be haters, plenty of them but the CTS-V version of this car will have more of a following than the GNX of the 80's. In 10-15 years the cadilac CTS-V wagon will be the "Muscle Wagon" that people are restoring. As for the disposable rocket M5, should someone restore one there will be no transmissions around for it. this uses the Tremec out of the SS which is virtualy bulletproof up to 1000+ hp. Not some flappy paddle tupperware gearbox like bmw m5.

Pretty good looking...but I thought thats what the SRX segment for Cadillac. Are people even buying station wagons anymore?
