Resume-Attorney

I have always enjoyed the challenges new and/or emerging businesses face. Ideally, I would like to work for a firm that represents clients in the science (biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, etc.) I am seeking a position that could benefit from my broad business experiences and educational/professional background while allowing me to expand my existing skill sets. Although I am registered to practice before the USPTO, I have not prosecuted numerous patents but I do have the knowledge and background to understand and translate the IP issues facing key company decision makers. I would see myself more in the role of IP facilitator, if needed, while engaging in the contractual/corporate legal matters that regularly face an organization, i.e. technology transactions attorney or corporate generalist.
