Wow, this is so pretty. I'd recommend trying to sing the words like the English-speaking singer does though, because they hold power in the way they're sung and they've lost all power in your cover. Make sure you finish your words, like not "Bla hole sun" but BlaCK hole sun", and "WaSH", not "was". Otherwise beautiful!

Constructive criticism:

Very nice voice and solid guitar skills.

Yet, you didn't use all your voice's abilities: you could have done much more vibratos, and gone to wider range of pitches. As a result, the transition from verse to chorus wasn't a good build up and ended up a bit slow. If you wanted it this way, then bravo :) But i think this song should have more rough "rocky" feelings infused into it rather than softy ones :)
