Residents of a Chinese village have been moved by a bittersweet example of canine loyalty. The dog has been guarding the grave of its deceased owner, Lao Pan, a single man who died earlier this month at the age of 68.
After Lao Pan passed away, his apartment in Panjiatun village near Qingdao city, Shandong Province was cleared out, and shortly thereafter his dog found its way to his grave. And refused to leave. More: http://www.lifewithdogs.tv/2011/11/loyal-dog-guards-grave-of-deceased-master/

Dogs are such beautiful animals. Their nobility is far beyond belief and they are just such good-natured, furry, adorable creatures. I don't know how could people just put down or run over dogs without giving a damn, just to hear a dog cry is unbearable for me. If you really take care of them and show love, it's amazing how good it feels when the dog smiles or shows love back through simple gestures. But since most people today don't value sincere love, then the true beauty of dogs is lost.

This reminds me of that one futurama episode where Fry is missing from the 20th century because he was frozen in that machine and his dog stays at the pizza place where he worked hoping Fry would return. I'm sad now :'(
