you guys are full of shit cause i went from 140 to 185 in jail working out naturally eating garbage food and i was the same body fat 13 percent and i did it in 5 months you can put on 50 pounds naturally thats bullshit to say you cant and 45 minutes for a work out like come on man seriously thats some bullshit thats my warm up lol and im 5,8 225 solid so i think you guys got it a little wrong i woukld say an hour minimum to 1.5 is better are you even gettiong sore when you work out lol

@Garahan I have to agree, I train for boxing and if I trained for 45 minutes I would get laughed outta the gym. Some days I am in there 5-6 hours a day. Hell fighters are ripped as shit and they train everyday 8-10 hours a day.

guys, you are not even close to the full potential naturally. its a very slow process, but you can continue to train and continue to add muscle naturally. another 5 years of grinding and you will transform further.

my gym has those same hammer strength machines. i think that type is called isolateral.
