Thank God for AA:) And thank God that Bill was an imperfect human being. Him and Dr bob have left the world a wonderful program. A program that has saved so many more than just alcoholics...but loved ones of alcoholics, from a life of hell. My little girls have never had to see me drunk. And for that, I am grateful. Thank God.

@Alex00764 I've used LSD, and I "saw" things too. When the effects of the drug wore off, however, I knew that I had been hallucinating.

@Alex00764 It is not the truth just some more propaganda trying to make AA look bad. Any body with half a brain can see right through it. I would love to meet with Mr. Orange Papers and discuss the merits of AA. I am so glad you think that "thats some good truth"

Nobody in AA in their right mind worships Bill or any other person. He was just a guy. But he was the carrier of a message a lot of people benefitted from. He was another drunk trying to save his ass, and just like the rest he was made of good and bad.
