SoCal TT 2009, Sunday, 4 Tepesquet Cyn Rd

This is a spectacular driving road. Little traffic, brand new sticky pavement (luckily it was dry or it would have been slimy). Assuming I'd be slooow and trailing the pack Nate and I set out early. We got to the motel first! Crazy.

Much of this is uphill (90 - 120 seconds here of some 30 minutes or more of driving up and over) where I'm simply out of power; driving 2nd and 2nd over up, 3rd/3rd-over downhill. Plus limiting revs to 3000 due to the as-yet undiagnosed engine noise (turns out: fan belt). Redline on this motor is 4500, and I've never revved it past 4000.

Luckily the road is such that power is somewhat secondary, and the turns are spectacularly tight.
