I have this and have it bad. My right ear feels clogged alot. what I did notice after catching a head cold I was blowing a ton of monsters out of my nose and this would make my ear unclog sounds nuts but. I agree that this problem is everywhere and I feel it sometimes when I am out, but I just keep healthy and use much of the same self care method as when I was sick.
