Why am I allowed to play the lottery or buy 20$ scratch tickets but not allowed to play online poker? The whole thing is being presented as a joke when they even ask "Is poker a game of chance or skill?" because it's a FACT that poker is a game of skill and all Congressmen know this. This is a joke but I'm not laughing because my Federal Government just stole 1.5K from me but more important is that they stole my freedom.
