@MrLiamdenison Watch and LISTEN to the video again! You have it bass-ackwards! We are in total agreement! Surgery is a last resort...always! I don't know how you got the message you did? Surgery as a last resort is a constant theme throughout my videos. In fact, through all of my content! Good luck to you!

@JohnZajaros i've studied for 4 years to understand and effectively treat back pain and sciatic nerve pain among other musculoskeletal problems. And you're entitled to your opinion, however when you say try everything but surgery first, you're wrong, often the slightest alteration and re-education in postural control mobility and strengthening exercises can cure most musculoskeletal problems, surgery should be and by the national guidelines where i work is considered the last option.

@JohnZajaros hi john, i would like some advice.
im going overseas and my flight is 14 hours straight, i suffer from very bad sciatic pain in my lower back,
what should i do to avoid this pain on the flight? btw i would have not went if this trip wasnt important.
thank you.
Sir you saved my life. I laid down pulled my knees to my chest and held them there for like 10 minutes and did funny little sit ups, rocking back and forth for a while. I also tried to swivel from left to right and right to left with the small of my back on the floor. I feel a lot better now. I will do this daily form here on out. thanks.

@MrAppleseed88 You made my day! I am so pleased to hear I was able to help! Please take care of yourself and remember to do just a bit more each day. Don't overdo it at first. Listen to your body and take it slow! Good luck to you!

Sciatica actually saved my life! I had (and still have) sciatica for almost a year now. This past summer we finally went to the doctor and she prescribed me steroids. Well after a week a was extremely sick. We went to the hospital and the steroids raised my blood sugar to over 600! I was on the verge of going into a sugar coma! They later diagnosed me with Type 1 Diabetes. They said I probably had it my whole life. But if I never had sciatica, I wouldve never found out about my diabetes.

@jasonpatrick72 Life is full of interesting twists, isn't it? My doctor went in to fix one thing & found a massive infection. I was very close to death & didn't know it! Glad to hear things worked out for you. I hope someday you're able to rid yourself of the pain too. Good luck to you Jason!
