  • That's pretty nice, but you couldn't use that around here! It's too hilly here. But tell me... why do ppl rake twice the amount of rows like you do at 1:00?

  • @norfolkdash9 Well this was second cutting hay which was not as thick hay, So he doubled the windrows so that it would take less time to bale and would feed the baler better than a little small windrow's of hay.

  • new holland rakes are cheap you can buy them for 400 dollars

  • we tandem a 660 and a 671 rakes together but they work like a v rake both sides rake into the middle

    But wouldn't double the rows take more time to bale? Do this double raking make it easier for square balers?
