  • wow, you are an amazing person...I think you really made a difference in some of these young lives. All it takes is a few people who actually care. My hats off to you.

  • Damn..... I think that was a little harsh, I am one of those kids in this video and for you to be calling someone ignorant that makes you......... well, ignorant. I hate it when people like you, get on websites and leave the most stupid comments immaginable. You're nothing but a coward, because I know for a fact that you would never say that to a black persons face, especially not one from the video.

  • no child was born into this world with a say about where they will live their life. we come into this world blessed, no more no less than all the rest. there is no shame in where you live. there is shame in judging others based on nothing but ignorance. love, peace, respect everybody. spider

  • i stayed at 1160 sedwick. I went to Lincoln Park high school. My first child was born when i lived in the greens. i have seen lots of things there. not all good, but not all bad either. I stayed there in the early 90's. when i visit Chicago, i always go to the near north side to just look and remember life as i knew it there. Its so hard to say goodbye to yesterday.!

  • love the way they moved aggressive on the black ant hills.

  • im from chicogo and i know the terror of cabrini and these kids dont know better because they have not experienced anything better and thats sad because cabrini is there home sweet home just as if they lived in beverly hills or wherever you may feel is your home. despite the critics of this video i think it was a smart and powerful.and for the racists on here you must have forgot that these are children say what you want white people are not perfect and no race is.

  • just cause ur black dont mean ur tough , i seen some small "crackers" twist up gangs up black "gangsters" and make em run ,just cause yall run that place dont mean u run the show kid

  • This is a perfect example of what life is all about -Community-

    Unity!

  • I feel sorry for the kid at 2:47, but at the same time, i feel happy for him.

    strange.

  • Woah, the boy at :37 looks like he's 25 years old..I hear the kids mentioning all the "good memories" they have of Cabrini, yet I didn't hear one example of what was happy about it...I feel for them, though, & I truly hope good things will come.

  • Us churdrens could make a difference up in this world. What a liberal hippy teacher... why doesn't teach some grammar to those poor kids so people understand what they're saying.
