  • very impressive, but he could/should leave more space to allow for the piano. Otherwise, why bother having it there?

  • @TheWelby73 - he did give him a lot of space but you don't see that as I didn't film the whole tune...

  • I think you're right. It is under the influence of Scrapple from the Apple. Bravo !

  • where was this?

  • This was in small folksy-type venue called La Boite à Chanson in L'Assomption, Québec, 1hr outside Montréal. Where are you ?

  • no... its not. Its ok if you don't like jazz bass or whatever... thats fine... But it is so much more complicated than just scales and arpeggios... but if you want to say that... so is 95% of all rock solos. In fact... most of them are in the same pentatonic scale.

  • Outstanding solo, really amazing.

Is it me, or does the pianist look just like Alain?

  • All hail Alain!

  • exceptionnel!!!!

  • Ca prend d'la pratique et du talent pour jouer d'même, mon vieux!

  • @Sortiesjazznights - 1 heure de Montréal!!! À pied tu veux dire (...) C'est à peine à 20-25 minutes... -

  • great feel & chops

  • sweet killa....

  • Meaningless scale moving around - played 2 high - boring.
