i losts 25 pounds in 2 months on phentermine. but i also ate mostly fruits and walked 3-4 miles a day. it really does help curb your hunger pangs. side effects for me was dry mouth...really bad....i needed water or some liquid with me at all times.

hy, fellow phenters I had enough on my 20th b-day last december, that day I decided to go to my doctor and get the phen I got them and started Jan.01.09 as of today I have lost 65lbs. I can't bealive it, im at 264! the problem with me, IM NOT HAPPY.Ive lost 65lbs. and NOBODY, well HARDLY anybody tells me I look different, and that makes me think im not any different with out the 65lbs. it sucks, but today im starting a boot camp and hope to loose 70 before my 21 bday! laterz!! got 2 keep going
