A well tank maintains the pressure for your entire home's water system. When it fails, or if it begins to leak, its time to act fast. Castleman & Sons Plumbing offers new fiber wound well tanks, eliminating rust-through failures that occur with the older epoxy-lined units. See how this new installation provided vastly superior water flow for the customer. Visit http://www.castlemanplumbing.com.

  • i have a quick question,?? do i have to put this expansion tank back on or can i delete it off of the system

  • @slickHB21 Thanks for watching, here's your answer. In most plumbing situations, if you have a pressure tank for your well you must always have the tank, unless you are converting the system to a constant pressure variable speed pump which uses a much smaller tank. Hope that helps.

  • Thanks for your comments. We considered showing various plumbing and electrical work, however in many municipalities those services may not be legal, unless you're a licensed master plumber. Our focus was on the benefits of the fiber wound tank vs the old steel tank models, and what happens when your well tank begins to leak and needs to be replaced. If you do have a well tank leak, this video should provide information on new fiber wound tanks and how they can improve your water system.
