Hypnodisc was the better made robot, for sure. And yes it could be argued that its unfair that Tornado can change weapons...but really its impressive to build a robot that is that easy to change, so I say game on. Tornado won this match because they simply out-drove Hypnodisc. Its hard to attack Hypnodisc, you have to constantly follow its backside, which is hard to do, but they did it. Hypnodisc is still my favourite robot tho :D

Hypnodisc was the most well made robot in the history of robot wars, it was one of the most destructive as well. it's only downfall of being the greatest of all time in the ultimate final was not having that large clearance fixed allowing it to be fixed. Other than that 9/10 it tore robots to shreds

In my opinion, it's not fair that creators can mount on their robots new weapons before the match. Tornado's team always mounted something to let it be invulnerable to the opponent...

It's not the fact that Hypno-Disc's flywheel was slower, in fact it was the same as series 5 at 900rpm. However a combination of smaller teeth on the disc and better armed opposition caused Hypno-Disc to fall behind.
