1.) It's called the Jungle Demon

2.)  You can teleport to him with the Bosses 2 teleport (not highlighted, look around in your spellbook)

3.) Yes. It's from monkey madness

4.) It drops "Barrows" and i've seen him drop 5m frequently.

4.) Protect from melee = Never get hit once.
