It's Haydn Piano Sonata in Eb Minor (Adagio e Cantabile). It's about 8 minutes long. This part is popular because Lestat played a piece based on this, but the rest of the piece will take your breath away once you understand it. It won't happen right away, but this will quickly become your favorite piece.
