Bankruptcy, Choreography and FHA in a short sale

In this Insider Network video we discuss a new form we are requiring when a seller enters or is in Bankruptcy. Banks are cracking down and we want to stay ahead of the game. We also discuss some best practices to help choreograph shortsales with multiple loans/liens. Can you believe that it is already the last
week of July? I myself am having a hard
time with the fact that school is starting
in just over a month.

Jessica's uncle, who happens to be a
genius, has a theory that the older
you get the faster time actually goes.

I won't go into the details but it is based
on the fact that the longer you have
been alive the smaller percentage of
your life a year is.

A quick example: If you are 2 years old,
one year is 50% of the entire time you
have been alive. If you are 100 years
old, 1 year is only 1% of the time you
have been alive. Time does not go any
faster, simply our perception changes.

Make sure your perception is working
for you and not against you.
