(NECN: Mike Nikitas) - Lt. Colonel Dan Nash, an F-15 pilot with the Massachusetts Air National Guard, is interviewed by NECN's Mike Nikitas.
On the morning of the September 11th terrorist attacks, Nash and another F-15 pilot were scrambled from Otis Air Force Base in Massachusetts, heading immediately for New York.
Nash describes his feelings about 9/11 -- he says he thought it was the "start of World War III."

between all the times that jackass reporter was asking if Lt Col Nash would have shot down a plane, it sounded like he was laughing while asking some of the questions. another display of the lack of respect by the liberal media at a patriotic service to the country.

I stand corrected. He still flies. But I think the flight doctor needs to get after him for weight loss!

I commend him for his work as an F-15 pilot during that time. Hard to say but it looks as though he probably doesn't do flight duty anymore. If so, he should lose a bit of weight there. Just sayin'!
