This IS funny! More importantly...NOTHING is worse than the love story in the Star Wars prequels!

This review stinks. The kid doing the review has no sense of style or appreciation of the time period that this classic was made. The lineup of talent in this movie is just amazing. It is a great time trip back to the 60's
The reviewer is totally clueless.

p.s I think you need to watch some Monty Python this movie is your english humuor.

You have to realize this is a spoof I think its funny a bit dry at times but a large cast. The main song is cool. Well lets look at todays spoofs DATE MOVIE [ ACTUALLY FUNNY] and a bunch of knockoffs that are really stupid. So I'll take this spoof over the others anyday. And it's full of 60's racism which they don't dare try today.

This kid is how old? Ten?

Actually, this movie is hilariously funny; if one understands the Queen's english! I rest my case.

@FilmPoe Yes, before Sean Connery was going to be 007. Ian Fleming originally wanted Niven to be 007 for Dr. No, it's a well known fact among Bond fans. Here's another FYI: Ever watch Alfred Hitchcock's North by Northwest (which some people said it feels a lot like a Bond film)? Eon production also wanted Cary Grant to be 007 but he was too old, so Sean Connery was selected to be 007, and that's how Dr. No and the whole 007 franchise came to be.

I totally agree with this review. In my opinion the movie is not funny at all and extremely boring.
How can you fuck up a James Bond spoof this bad?

"guess he got the point".... that is masterfull idiot..

Uh no, the first ever Bond girl was Linda Christian, in the ORIGINAL "Casino Royale". And yeah, you completely missed the point of this movie, and every single thing meant to be funny about it.
Re: 2.10 To be fair, Niven was the actor that author Ian Fleming most wanted to play Bond in Dr. No. He was even mentioned by name in two of the original novels.

Really? No joke? That's quite interesting! I guess I need to read more Fleming novels. Still, I gotta say, by '67, Bond had become something more than the written word. Making a new Bond movie will unavoidably draw comparisons to the Bond movie canon and to Connery, the only movie Bond at that time. On the other hand, I don't suppose Niven could be more different from Connery than Roger Moore was, and HE made seven Bond movies.
