The Tape Implicating Immigration Officer Shown at Court

Secretly recorded meeting between a federal immigration adjudicator Steve Ellis and South Korean immigration applicant Ji Hye Kim in September 2006 at a Starbucks in downtown Toronto. The recording was played in court Tuesday. Mr. Ellis is on trial in Ontario Superior Court, facing a charge of breach of trust and also accused of violating his authority under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. The Crown has alleged that the former Toronto city councilor was offering a positive decision on the refugee claim by Ms. Kim, in exchange for a sexual relationship. He set up a meeting on September 26, 2006. The federal official was unaware that Ms. Kim and her boyfriend were secretly recording the conversation at the Starbucks.

Just to let everyone know, south korean community in my city are so abusive, trouble makers and they love to fight and also they get jealous from japanese girls cause they are more cute than south korean, beside why would canada accept a south korean national as refugee, she is abusing the system big time' GO BACK HOME KIM!!!!
