do you have more info on this guy, googkle only turns out much older poets, lords and a certain george herbert walker bush, I know it ain't one of those.

Foucan - no!! That's man who open freerun to world=) Freerun exactly, because it's not a parkour.
The video, along with the song, came from a documentary film titled "Gizmo" from the 1970's. It was a complilation of old film footage with restored picture and audio. Remember this was before video, or even super8 film, so all news footage was shot with 16mm film, which is considered high quality today.
