Custom Boot Screen for iPod touch and iPhone 2.1 (Part 1)

In this video I will show you how to get an app that will allow you to change the iPhone or iPod's boot screen just by typing in an URL. The URL I mention in the video is this on here:

Thanks!! and Look for Part 2 like toward the 30th of this month (OCTOBER 31, 2008) For those who wish to attempt it early set your dimensions in Photoshop and paint to 320x480 this is the resolution of BOTH the iPhone (EDGE & 3G) and the iPod touch (FIRST GENERATION ONLY!) I have only tried this on 2.1 which most from my Web poll seem to have, and yes your device must be JAILBROKEN! Refer to my other video for a jailbreaking tutorial. Thanks for watching!!

is it possable to have to different boot screens like the ones up for 30 seconds then all of a sudden it switches to the other one? if this is possable send me a msg and nice gta 4 in the background. lol

Not at the time, I wanted to do something similar with a .gif file and it stayed at the first stage of the image, during boot up, the resources needed for the core animations does not load til the end, thanks for watching, Comment, 5-Star, and Subscribe.

bootscreen for 3.0 is still being developed but until it is released it's only for firmware 2.0
