What this ad is really trying to say is:
Don't worry about the speed cameras, the brainwashed Marxist cops who book you for petty speeding offences, ignore the Sudanese raping white girls in Dandenong, forget about Lygon Street drug trafficking, underworld gang crime, right turns from the left lane, inaccurate speed cameras hidden in garbage bins, Wog supremacy & a crappy art gallery. So far no one seems to understand the brilliance of this. The party scene and the nature are in perfect juxtaposition, i mean she's wearing black in one and white in the other! You can embrace simplicity and decadence and they remain akin. The religious overtone is merely to impart a sense of austerity and allure. To go to Victoria is to reborn and or live a life separate from your own. Great song =P
