I just want to make sure that everyone here knows that the title is a reference to the book by Karl Marx called "The Poverty of Philosophy". The importance of this is that Marx said that philosophy is no good without action. So, in essence, Immortal Technique is calling for a revolution like Marx did.

It's the same reason David Duke won't talk about the Tuskegee experiment or the scramble for Africa but he will talk about the crimes of the Israeli Zionists and immigration over and over. This is because he has a vested interest in covering racial/nationalist issues first and foremost and everything else comes second. Perhaps you should take Tech's advice " fuck packing grams nigga, learn to speak and behave" He's had albums worth of material to cover it and has chosen not to, save for a couple of brief times. This is because his primary interest is with the crimes of racists, not the elite. Why hasn't he covered Waco as much as Mumia? Which is more important?
