at the end, how did u get the outline around the whole cupcake? i don't recall seeing you outlining it, but i may have missed it.

@hushQuiet it's the entire image copied, pasted, ungrouped, added together in pathfinder, placed behind the initial grouped image, and stroked to 5-8 with rounded edges.

What did you do with the black lines you used as a guide to shade the cream of the cupcake? Did you delete them?

@Lules16 yes. they weren't really guides -- just deciding on whether or not to include linework within the cupcake or not (if I had decided to, everything else would've also been outlined).
