@chevyblows2001 1/2 the comments on here are outraged political statements from uneducated conservative assholes. Why would this be Obama's issue? NO PROGRAM goes into effect without going through congress(which is mostly conservative, mind you). Checks and balances? Heard of it? what's your problem. As a dealership taking in cash for clunkers trade ins we had to disable the engines of all trade ins. The car was a 93 with problems.
