I have suffered with Borderline Personality Disorder for such a long time and thought there was no hope. It wasn't until I shifted my mind to think differently that I found more than hope for BPD, but a cure.

My hope was lost in that there was nothing more than DBT or CBT, and while these are good managing techniques, they were not the cure I was looking for.

  • sounds quite selfish.

  • There is a difference between selfish and self caring. I always welcome all opinions and some will not agree ith what I have to say, and some will.

    Thank you for your comment

  • I am convinced that BPD is the root cause of the other psychological disorders i experience - depression, anxiety, paranoia. When any one or combination of these disorders are triggered, sanity and ability to reason, focus, desire, go out the window.

  • Actually all of these symptoms are a part of BPD. So they are not seperate disorders, rather symptoms of the same disorder. I wish you the best. Hit me up if you need some support.

  • Meds help me when depression is kicking my ass to the point that i almost cant function. Once my body chemistry balance is under control i have the desire to do the necessary work on myself again. i think meds have a place in the process of getting well but side effects are horible and when i can come off them i do. my problem is certain events trigger depression, anxiety, and paranoia in me and set me back. i have to break the cycle. this is a good video. you have good informaton. thank you.

  • You're welcome. I wish you the best

  • hard to hold a job, or even put yourself out there to have one, yup!

  • great vid dude!

i can identify with the festering ball of ragein your gut you speak of....

the littlest thing can progess into a full blown outburst of rage which i literally cant control!

i even got arrested and fined at a hospital for having a mental breakdown where i was screaming, shouting, pulling at my hair. the police in london are the biggest c*nts ive ever dealt with!! no compasion, even after they knew why i was at the hosptial and that im stuggling with living with BPD.

    arrrrgh!!

  • I think I might be suffering from it myself.

Its a really hard illness to overcome and I really want to get over with it.

It has costed me almost my life and my love.

    Please help me...

  • I'm so glad I could relate to you. If you need any support or someone to talk with, let me know.
