  • Fill the 2L bottle with water, fill the eyedropper with enough water so that it floats at the top of the water while still submerged. Put the cap back on tightly and squeeze the sides of the bottle. The eyedropper sinks because the pressure pushes the water into the eyedropper, so it's heavier than the water around it and so it sinks. Let go and the water flows back out, making the eyedropper lighter so it floats :)
