It was established by the Venice' Ruling Council in 1516.

@craiglsimons Well, if you think about it for a minute. Every ethnicity or religious organization has a false pseudo-biological or psychological belief in superiority. However, at the end of the day, there is no such thing as a master group. Without peace, the human race should not exist. Therefore, the best 'people' are no people if there is too much hostility. Who is to say any body is better than the other. That is my opinion.
