  • I think the first feminine choir in the whole history of Christianity was created by the great Mor Afrem ( St Ephrem) at Urhoy(Edessa).

  • The song is nice; even thought the rhythmm chosen makes the prayer to sound unnatural, as the intonation used (in the pauses, mainly) do not match the traditional way of singing it.

    It's a really nice song anyway and each person in the choir seem to be very instructed in the Aramean Language (by their appearence, btw, they look much as Assyrians or something...maybe I'm wrong) whichever be the dialect applied here.
