Step 1: Create a new template (HDV 1080-50i 25,000 fps)
Step 2: Create a video track and create a "Text Media"
Step 3: Change the leading to get your text closer to eachother
Step 4: Make it 3D source alpha
Step 5: Take over the measures and the keyframes in the video.
Its fast in the beginning and slow till the end.
Step 6: Insert some distortion (TVMiddle)
change the places a little bit, I did two fast after eachother. *change the dB to -4.0*
Step 7: Add the Backing *change the dB to -8.0*
Step 8: Add the HeartBeat change dB if you like
Step 9: Add the Bleep *Its the last part of the soundwave* (I did this step a little bit later).
Step 10: Add the TV Simulator FX to your Text Media.
Step 11: At the beginning of each distortionSFX there will be a keyframe set to normal!
In between there will be a keyframe with a huge distortion. *set vertical -and linesync to 0 in between (variate a bit)*
Step 12: Add some Light Rays to your text media. *Set keyframes at the beginning and end (see video)*
TIP: I just did random points to get the "flashy" effect. But you can also set it on the heartbeat. Use the
same technique on "Step 11" but then with Light Rays instead!
Step 13: Where you set your bleep there will be some Gaussian Blur. *Start on 2nd last keyframe* First keyframe
is set to normal (amount 0). Second keyframe: "Horizontal Blur" to full. 3rd keyframe: "Vertical Blur" to full.
Render it and you're done!

@Unitheunicorn123 It´s under VideoFX but it's not in the "T" section, but it's at the bottom of the list.
