@PasLaPorte They make a few different lengths. Overall, the mid-sized length works best I find and I'm 5'8. I favour the longer ones though. :)

@heylookitskelly sew a button hole in the band then slit open the button hole. Do not just cut a slit!

I just got one and it doesn't seem to have a loophole in the band to put the straps through. I'm considering just cutting one myself because all the instructions say it should have one. Does anyone else have this problem or any advice?
