eso lo haciamos siempre,bajando a gallegos o subiendo,las "patas"andan flojas de repuestos,y nos rebuscabamos en el momento,no es locura,es maña de laburo.

No estaba loco, desde ya, se trabajaba y se amaba el trabajo, Pasión de héroes. La máquina a vapor, un estadío ideal, muy a pesar de las tecnologías, el sonido de esa sirena del tren, del viejo tren, tiene humanidad...no sé si se me entiende

Maybe it takes such a long time to get these coal trains rolling that the engineer is reluctant to stop and tighten the packing!

Totally nuts is right. You'd think that they would just stop and tighten the packing on the valve or lube the packing on the main.
