But today the crowds are gone and the lights are dim, the patches on his knees have faded. If he ever was a ragamuffin, truly it is now. This man took a spiritual dagger to the bottom of a very heavy suitcase I refused to set down; he healed the Father image, and lightened my burden one Saturday afternoon several years ago.
