@skeleton123100 dynasty warriors is BASED off the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Novels. And those are based off real history. Based off doesn't always mean 100% accurate.

To be honest. Zhuge Liang's northern expedition was doomed to fail from the beginning. Shu is full of mountainous terrans which is easy to fend off intruders but also hard to attack + transport rations / supplies from. Sima Yi knew that and simply avoided battles until Shu's rations dried out.. If Shu didn't lose Jing Zhou to Wu they would've had an easier path to attack Wei.

in dynasty warrior 6 zhuge liang not died of illness, he died if we kill him in shu main camp.In dynasty warrior 5 zhuge liang died of illness and jiang wei become a commander, why is so different?

@MrHmongRooster Wei Yan and Yang Yi had a war over who would succeed Zhuge Liang and take command of the troops. Yang Yi got the favor of the court and troops. Wei Yan fled to Han Zhong, but on the way Ma Dai caught up to him and killed him.
