Thanks for posting. This song was originally released on the Cornerstone album, and Dennis Deyoung, lead vocals on this piece, tried to write it in the style of a Beatles ballad. Hence the simple lyrics that some may call "cheesy". The song is dedicated "for Paul", referring to Paul McCartney.
