Bubbles Birthday & Almost 3 Years.

6 August 2009. Bubbles birthday, and i've had him 3 years (September 6th) .
Everyone seems to wonder how i got Bubbles, He was left at our Yard, and i looked after him, I should have thought long and hard about the pony i wanted, But he had no one else to love him, I was just so happy when he was given to me, I didn't think about what he would be like, he didn't like waiting, he sometimes wouldn't walk, he bucked when i asked him to trot, But still...
on the 7th of august 2006, I found Bubbles in quite a state he had a bad cut, milimeters away from his tendon, He'd of been dead if it was that much closer.
During 2007 i had my first fall, bubbles didn't want to go over a white pole, backed back, reared, my head hit his, he spun and i fell!
During 2008 i thought we were getting somewhere, He wasn't being so lazy, doing what i wanted, August 2009 i done our first jump, but everytime we went foward, we went back so much more, So i gave up, i didn't want to keep fighting, i just wanted him to do one simple thing - even if that was just walk!!
March 2009 - when i rode him it was like he was another Pony, he wanted to trot, he didn't buck much, it was just amazing to ride him and not get off crying!
I always trusted Bubbles but in May 2009 was when i saw how much, I was riding him bareback, laying down on him, trying to stand up, not being scared of thinking 'omg, whens he going to buck?!'
It's all on the up again, I'm trying so hard, i'm not giving it all up this time, i'm not putting 3 years of trying to waste, I know i might have only trotted, But he's doing it, without bucking, It's amazing on it's own.
Everyone says 'it takes time!' But it's been 3 bloody years!! If thats not time, i don't know what is, i love him so much, and i know what we have - i'm going to try my hardest to keep things going this time!
