how to remove eclipse gsx front bumper & install X-tune HID 6000K

since my car is very low I always had a lighting problem @ night, had to use the high beam to help a bit then with this 6000k upgrade it is super bright, it seems a little blue@ the ignition but get brigther after 60 secs

where did you get the lights + kit?

@CombatEngineer2012 Iam not sure about that but I saw a couple new camaro's with red Halo LEDs here in Washington. What Iam sure of in here is you can't put neon light under your car except for motorcycles.

Ask your local law enforcement cuz you don't wanna waste time/money if not sure.
