Obviously you didn't even read the top comment. The trees with the highest quality for use in construction are old growth trees. They take decades to grow. Business don't replant trees because it isn't possible to profit from them. They don't think about the future they want money now.

Replanting trees that grow more quickly result in less dense wood and it is of poorer quality. The only time businesses replant is when they are required to or they get something out of it such as tax exemption.

I'm conservative in the way I conserve and cherish hard earned money and don't treat the sweat of the many's brow like nothing and spend it like crazy when i could spend it more intelligently save money and get the job done more efficient.

I don't know what pipe you smoked that gave you that idea of capitalism the true idea of it is to make the most money out of something as possible re planting increases profit therefore in a capitalist economy they would re plant everything and repeat for maximum profit I'm not too sure how it would work in crony capitalism though...
