Nice Video's mate, real confidence when talking into the camera, yeah you might feel a bit silly sitting infront of your PC singing on your own, but it really feels like your teaching a 1on1 harmonica lesson in my living room. (y)

For Blues Harmonica which Adam Gussow is teaching you need a 10 Diatonic Harmonica. You will need many different harmonicas to enable you to play to different tunes. You can not tune the Harp. You are probably best starting with a C harp & buy more Harmonicas as you progress- To play cross harp you play your C harp in the Key of G. I think there is loads of stuff for begginers on Adam Gussows web site look to the right on your screen

You don´t have to rhyme "today" with anything...just repeat the first line as the second line like all good blues songs:))

Adam, maybe this is helping you with Spanish. "Auemm" said, "You don't know me, but you are my harmonica maestro." What a great thing. So far I really love this video. I'm singing the blues and playing the harmonica much better thanks to your lessons. I need to put one out there for the true beginner. Thanks for your stuff.

I would like to start to play harmonica but I'm confused. Too many choices! Wich key should I use? Should I buy a ten hole harmonica? I don't know how to start. How to tune it?? thank you!
on your 2nd fill, shouldnt you be doing the 1 chord again? the 2nd vocal line would be the 4 chord for the 2 bars and then it goes to the 1 chord for 2 bars of fill. and after the 3rd vocal line you are back at the 1 chord as fill.

Yes, you're quite right. Don't I say that? I certainly meant to. Great point.

Actually, what's confusing you is that the "fill" after the second (IV chord) vocal line isn't a fill at all: I'm playing, on harp, the notes that I've just sung. I'm not playing a fill. A fill would have, as you noted, been a "I chord" fill.

Thanks. You may be right about that muse. I've got six lessons in the can and have decided to upload one sooner than usual.
